Can I change the color of the font on my home/lock screen?

I admit to being somewhat of an *****, so if the solution to this is obvious I apologize in advance and accept the dope slap willingly.

I have a Passport running OS 10.3.0. I have a white background for my home/lock screen and thus cannot see the time etc. with the light grey font color. Can I change the color of the font on these?

Sorry, no you can't. At least not in any current or leaked OS.
