In the dial pad window swipe down from the top and tap the setting button. that'll bring you to a whole group of other settings. ( call waiting, forwarding, speed dialing.......)

Depending on your carrier, they can set it up on their end for you.
    Otherwise, there are numerous apps.

    If you have ATT:

Report unwanted text or picture/video messages.

Forward the message - at no charge - to 7726

Provide ATT with the sender's phone number if known and they will block future texts from the sender.

Click Settings, Parental Controls then enter a password to enable that feature. Then have your phone accept calls from only those in your Contacts List.

I agree with you... just keep in mind that using that Parental Control Feature will RESTRICT you to only receiving your Contacts.
I believe thAt you can set up a White List and Black List with AT&T.

    Good call, "e1" Thanks!!

From my experience call your carrier. ATT charges 4.99 per month to add this feature. VZW does it for free.

Spambox seems to do a pretty good job. Right now it is free in BBW.

I have been looking for this feature for a long time for my Z10, carriers in Mexico don't offer this service, I know there are some apps for blocking unwanted calls and sms's, but those apps work only in OS 10.3 and above, since there is no date in Mexico for the update, we are basically screwed.

That doesn't matter. Update your device, it doesn't void anything. If for some reason you HAVE to send it in for repair or warranty work, you can just downgrade back to the older version, so don't worry about it.

Makes sense, is there a leaked version AFTER OR NEWER than the official one that caused so many problems in a lot of Z10? Thanks

Have done so and no there is not, OR maybe it is not showing because of my OS version, unfortunately I can't post a photo to show you it doesn't pop up even when I search for it

Here, try this direct link. It may say it's unavailable for your device, which means you should update to 10.3 which is the OS level at which these types of call control apps work.
