I'm struggling if I should get a passport or an iPhone. I'm going to buy a bag with an app that only supports iOS, but I'm using Q10 now and it is fantastic. If passport can sideload iOS app that would be perfect!

No, iOS apps aren't an option. Their Android counterparts, in many cases, yes.
Seem to remember there was a BlackBerry running android apps a while back so in theory yes. But haven't been implemented in practice and probably never will
ios doesnt run on any platforms other than ios itself, bb might not be the best choice if you wanna run ios apps. A lot of IOS apps have ios variants tho, might wanna try that
