Hi I just recived my BlackBerry Classic and I start using the default apps, i have the idea that using default apps (like calendar, music, images...) and also downloading some from the BlackBerry World or Amazon Store it's better for the operating sistem and helps to avoid problems of fluidity or similar.

On the other hand, I also download the google play store (from the cobalt tutorial), and some installations of APK. from some webs. This apps normally take a little bit more time to start than the others, and also sometimes can't open properly.

So this the APK files can damage my phone? Can be comparable with the jailbreak of the iphone?

    Thanks.

It will not damage your phone.

Android runtime has improved in 10.3.1 so the apps have become smoother.

Android Apps are run in a Sandbox environment, they cannot access any System Files, they can only access files in the Android Folder, so there's no chance it can damage the phone.
