I don't have any of these wallpapers unfortunately but you could try googling for them. Also try searching for the wallpapers you want by putting iphone 5 in front of the term., Those wallpapers are usually HD and fit the phones fine.
There are numerous BBM Channels that specialise in HD Wallpapers including ones for Supeheroes.
Try running a search in BBM Channels.
