Hi there!
I'm using BlackBerry KEYᵒⁿᵉ (BBB100-7 Limited edition India) with Jan patch (ABP244).

I recently found that the Camera's (stock) missing the Scan Feature and the Watermark.
Then in the »AppDrawer under the »Shortcuts I found the •Scanner shortcut.
But, on adding the shortcut and opening it, after scanning a Doc or Contact card whatever ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ , the app simply closes and does nothing, not even prompts anything. I have attached them. Have a look and help me figuring out the sol. I even sent a PM @conite about the Watermark missing issue(for ref). Is there any place to report the issues?
Do anyone face these on the BBB100-7 ?

Those features are not available on the Indian variant. No idea why.

How can a feature be varied from Country to country? How's that even be a camera without Time-lapse, Scanner and basic features? And what's India has to deal with the scanner feature being missing?

As to the why, I don't know. You'd have to ask Optiemus as to why those specific features were pulled.

It may have something to do with the Indian law requiring the power-tap being reallocated from engaging the camera to calling for emergency services.

The scanner would really be a good feature that somewhat helps me, moreover installation of an app for that purpose is sick!
So, the final ques is how can one reach out to Optiemus?
Any Indian fellas here can help me out?

I have no idea how to get hold of them. They are also the ones to ask about your security patches.
