    I recently upgraded my os. I just opened my camera and it says the following

    Make sure nothing else is using the camera or flashlight.

    Have you tried restarting the phone?

    I think that guy is saying the OS is not the issue. The other suggestion by someone to use a 10.2 autoloader is of course no use, because you cannot DOWNGRADE an OS.

    I would suggest doing a hard reboot, by holding volume up and volume down buttons. If that doesn't work, you could try an autoloader with the same 10.3.3 OS you are on, maybe something went haywire with the upgrade. Was it OTA when you originally upgraded?

    Yes u can't downgrade ur os but u can wipe ur os with multiwipe. This app allow u to completely erase blackberry os
