    Every time I try to use my camera on my phone lately I get the message "The camera can't be started". How can I make it work again?

    Some Android apps interfere with the camera.. it could be that, so try deleting any you have installed that may be using the camera, reboot and see if the camera works again. Or it could just be messed up, in which case you should trying reloading your OS... the other possibility.. camera is toast and you'll need to look at get a replacement device.
