    Can you give me a bit more info on your problem? What happened leading up to the problem? What exactly is the "calling issue"? You can't make calls at all, or something else? Are you getting any error messages? Did you get the phone from your carrier? Are you sure its not locked to another carrier?

    The many other Jio threads would seem to indicate that BlackBerry 10 handsets are not compatible with their VoLTE service.
