    Whenever I call or answer a call the 1button is automatically pressed without me doing anything. Any ideas what should I do to resolve this by myself?

    What OS is your device on? If it's anything less than 10.3.1, update it or at the very least back up your stuff and reinstall whatever is the available OS for you.
