    I reset my device several times. even used ghost commander to access root permission but the Device/Misc/android folder still reads " folder restricted ".�

    Why would you want to bypass the restriction? You better leave it as it is, the OS needs it.

    how do I access the Obb folder within?
    I'm worried cos I've been able to access this folder previously.
    this impediment has stopped me from installing obb files for some android apps in need of the data stored within.
