    Both Acura Cars can no longer connect via Bluetooth to BB Q10's after OS update last week to Version 10.3.3.1463. All efforts to re-synch or create a new synch have failed. A reply with suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Tks. LBS.

    Go into your Bluetooth settings on your device and manually DELETE ALL instances of Bluetooth devices. Do the same in your car if you are able to. Reboot your device, turn on Bluetooth and rediscover your car's bluetooth then re-pair with your device. You must remove all devices from your device and begin anew. Settings/Networks and Connections/Bluetooth/Long click each device found/Delete. Once all are deleted turn off Bluetooth and reboot device. Good Luck!
