    Unfortunately my passport fell and it's screen got broken. I have bought it on amazon.co.uk. Amazon told me to contact BlackBerry on twitter. No response so far.

    Any idea where can I get it fixed?

    Could I perhaps order a screen online? (I had successfully done so for my Z30, but can't find parts for passport).

    Please advise.
