    I went to Sprint to have them fix this by factory resetting my phone with BB Desktop as I read at a link it wont let me post The guy put a code into my phone instead, which did not end up working as he'd promised. I am wondering now if the BB Desktop method will work after reading another link that I am unable to post here that basically says It can't be undone unless by the Admin. I cannot run BB Desktop right now so this is why I don't know. Someone show some love with an answer.

    Try a security wipe (on device)
    Or typing the password incorrectly until the phone wipes itself
