never got a pair of earbuds with a BB phone and never bought a pair of BB branded ones.
With the Z10? The Z10 doesn't have little rubber round ear plugs. The premium (depending on which premium) has round ear plugs.
There is a premium one with audio controls. Those sounds really good but buttons no longer works with newer devices.
