    bold 7.1 bundle 1424 platform 5.1.0.338. I have sent a pic of a contact to the media file. There is no media card so it went straight to the device. The pic appears as a thumbnail and can't be read. I think I may have encypted it and now I can't get it back. Is ther any way I can retrieve it? I tired the desktop manager but no luck.
