    Hi
    My DECT50 keeps displaying unfortunately bluetooth share has stopped working and I can't dismiss the display which means I can't use the phone for anything else.
    I don't really care if the bluetooth isn't working anymore it's not being able to use the phone that is my problem.
    I have tried switching it off and for a short time afterwards I can use the phone before the message comes back.

    Kind of annoying but not as annoying as being unable to use your phone -- factory reset it.

    Before doing a factory reset, I see that you have powered it off, but have you tried the following?
    1. Do a 'battery pull' - hold power key for 32 seconds until it re-boots
    2. Clear your cache

    If these two don't help, then you'll have to do the factory reset.
