    There are two ways. Go into your phones Bluetooth settings, there should be Media settings. Click on the appropriate setting. Your Bluetooth device needs to be connected for this to show up.
    Also see if there is an app for your device. There might be settings to set for your device.

    Try This,,go to settings ....MEDIA SHARING...click Devices at the bottom of the screen,a list of devices will appear ,check the Box at the right and I hope that works.Good luck

    This will be my only post in this thread. I don't have time to coax the relevant information out of you, like what kind of device are you trying to connect to and what have you tried already.

    But based on what you've mentioned, I'd suggest learning how to put your BT device into pairing mode. Then your phone will be able to find it.
