bluetooth connection disables when the blackberry priv is turned off, I had a Dtek60 where this issue developed, I contacted blackberry help on this topic and in the end it could not get fixed. I have since chnaged my phone to a Priv, the bluetooth feature has been working fine, I have been linked to five connections for quite a while now with no issues, late last week the bluetooth feature issue has developed again with this phone. I usually shut my phone down in the evenings and put it on charge. I turn on the phone in the morning and the bluetooth feature does not turn on. I have to physically go in and turn it on manually.

Was the DTEK60 not under warranty? I know the PRIV isn't.....

Do a hard reset, next do a factory reset....

Bluetooth issues are pretty common, no matter the OS or Hardware.... solutions are very tough.
