After i send this question how do I reply back to someone who has answered the question. Also my blackerry link does store phone contacts only music, pictures, video and PDF files. How do i retrieve my lost phone contacts due to the OS download 10.3.1.1865

you would need to have a good backup to restore from, if you do not have one maybe you have contacts in gmail outlook or some form of area you synced with.
