Try resending the service books...that's most probably the issue

This has happened to me a couple of times on my blackberry 10 devices. All I did in those instances is go to the setup to that respective email account, delete the account off of the blackberry, and then add it back. Emails will begin to populate again and you'll start to receive your push emails again. I'd assume it would work for legacy blackberry devices as well
