    My blackberryid is an old email that I no longer have access to, and I have forgotten password to log in to change it. Can I create new I’d on existing device?

    If the device is configured with the old ID, and BlackBerry Protect was turned on, then you can't set up a new ID. I have heard rumors of exploit workarounds, but I haven't seen them confirmed.

    Z10 = BB10 + VKB > iOS + Android

    I think the exploit does work, but the process wipes the existing data on the phone.
