    I trust you have rotation lock off so open BBVE and test your position sensors...gyroscope and orientation sensors.

    Orientation sensors says phone must be vertical,nothing happens,and face down sensor wont react as well,gyroscope works fine. But these sensors didn't work few days ago but screen rotation worked,really strange.

    Definitely sounds like hardware issue. Have you dropped phone or exposed it to moisture?

    No harm in trying a device reboot or reload of OS since you mentioned some inconsistency but I would still suspect a hardware issue. Good luck.
