[CrackBerry Question]

Every time I shutdown my Z30, all the datas are losinglike pictures, files, contacts, installed apps, mail a/c. this is happens from the day of my z 30 os is updated to 10.3.1.1565 (Latest available OS)

You might want to reload your software, just do a back up and restore first, also have you done a couple of hard resets since the update.

Downloaded latest 10.3.1767 and installed, after automatic restarting all the files are lost & again it showing to download 10.3.1767 os???

No matter what 10.3 OS I use.

Z30 OS 10.3.1.1581

If the battery dies or if I power off, when it turns on everything is erased and the phone is back to its original install state.

I have no idea what is causing it and I found no options that fix it.
Im about to try another newer OS version.

The fix works, but be warned. It will still erase everything one more time after running the fix.
Then it will work.
