Something is wrong when I updated my device to 10.3.1 it good bit it's not smooth as 10.2.1 when I send texts and go from app through app there's a 2 second lag or its a bit slow and not as fast as 10.2.1 is this a common thing or not

Have you ever tried going into the Z30 forums section and reading some threads? Or do you just ask a question whenever you have a thought? I'm sure many in the Z30 section can answer your questions

This reply is why I find crackberry to be a disappointing APP. When you really need to know something this is the kind of answer you get. I have several questions but do I have time to sit and read read read threads....i sure don't. can't find a way to effectively search my question either. I'd much rather find out without asking and getting a reply like this...which, by the way, I have received in the past. Instead I have a BlackBerry that is missing key APPS and downloads I need to make it a phone that I love.

My reply was in no way trying to be rude. Just felt the OP might receive better help in the appropriate section. Heck they can even start a thread there. This section is usually for people who don't have a CB account set up and want to ask a question.

I've been a CB member for awhile now and I have to say the crankiness has ramped up lately.

I'm not entirely sure if it's just me but my experience in doing searches in the last couple of years with the changeover from the old format has been frustrating as well. I will type in search parameters and get a bunch of posts which never seem to help me whatsoever! I've actually taken to googling my queries for help.

I wasn't cranky. And I wasn't telling them to "search". Just thought the Z30 section would be their best bet.

You are right about this, I have seen something very similar in another thread about lagging in the Z30 after the new update. I have not experienced it on my Z30 but others have. The suggestions have been to reload the update, after first wiping your device (which would not interest me at all) and or return to your previous OS

Yes, check Z30 forum and you can be fix your error.

I think everyone's did the same. possibly like switching from xp to win 7. I found it hardly noticible

My z30 also feels much slower on the update. It ran better on 10.2.1 and the 10.3 leaks. I also did this update without doing a wipe... so maybe that's got something to do with it
