    Should I update from 10.2.1 to.10.3.1 because I'm running 10.2.1 and have no problems and I hear people complaining about 10.3.1 so should I install the update or stay with 10.2.1

    I have used both but I would say upgrade because the new features out way any bugs.

    I would back up your device before starting the upgrade just in case something goes wrong.

    I got a backup up that's not the issue the issue is I heard a lot of work things about 10.3.1 that people hate it and don't want it I'm using a z30 to so is it worth it.

    Best OS BlackBerry has ever made, in my opinion - by far. I have absolutely no issues whatsoever. Although I did a clean install a couple of leaks back.
