I have been experiencing very very frequent 'app crash'.

all the app including facebook, twitter,etc also crackberry crash a lot.
even the inbuilt apps like the 'setting' crash.

BlackBerry's browser tops the list by crashing almost every 2-3 mins, and somitimes even faster!!

10.3.1.1565 is the software currently on my device.
plz help!!

Swipe down from the top on the home screen and press 'Device Monitor'. Then go into the 'Memory' section. It'll display how much ram you have left. If you don't have much, see which apps are using it, hold the app (while in device monitor) and press 'Close'.

I suspect because you have a Z3 (device with the least ram; only 1.5gb of ram), you are running out of available ram so your phone is closing apps automatically to free up memory

free memory dats available on my mobile is always between 250-400 mb.

currently it is '379mb'.

is this memory sufficient or not??

would be best to see what it reads just after a force close. 350 - 400 should be fine. I would presume that once it hits 0 for a period of time it would close an app that it feels is no longer needed. However I have only ever seen "Settings" crash when I updated it using Sachesi and did not reboot the phone.

I don't think that is sufficient to be honest. On my z10 (which has 2 gb of ram), when I have 900mb free or less, it starts to become laggy and slow.
So I would think that 300mb would be pretty bad.

Can you post a screenshot of the apps that are using ram (memory) ?

these are major apps using the memory...the apps below are using hardly anything <5mb

Free means free, I don't think the apps crashes because of ram space, the fone will auto close apps that are not in use if it notice the ram is low, I think the op's problem is with the os. Try installing another os, browser shouldn't crash as well as preinstalled apps.

no thats not the case!!! the apps crash when they are in use, that too frequently!
