So my i was updating to the latest OS on my bb z10 and successfully installed but right after it started i only got to the setup process connecting to wifi blah blah blah then it was successfully on..soo i noticed it was having booting on (turns off and on itself) that is when i decided to security wipe (successfully wiped) and started well but after i was on setup menu it stuck on some abstract purple color screen.. i tried again and again and it was only that purple screen. then i decided to read on some forums googling and stuff... and came up with downloading some autoloaders to try i also tried bb link it always succesfully reload but device never boot just one red led same applies to autoloaders always succeed but device never boot up.. tried new ones from this site https://developer.blackberry.com/blackberry10devalpha/allautoloaders.html (my device is STL100-3 tried alot but no success please help i really hope this is not dead

PS i can still go to that green led for the reload soo... i just think mybe im using wrong files idk hellp BBZ10 STL100-3

Try reloading the OS with the Z10 autoloader from here -> http://forums.crackberry.com/bb10-le.../#post12157103

I haven't checked the links to see if they are working as they should.

if you have a computer and LINK installed... if it sees your devices, it will installed the correct OS for it.

and what happens when you put your turned off phone to the wall charger?

when i put to the wall charger it just turn the red led once and then nothing happens
