Hey guys I have this problem. 1st my blackberry's os is crashed so I decided to go to a technician to fix my phone here in the Philippines. so yeah my phone is working already but there's a problem because there's a pin on the side of The screen and there's no any pictures,video,music player. He updated the version to 10.3.and I think he should insert theboldest version to get those apps. Please help!

I believe he installed the Dev OS 10.3.0.700 on your device.
You need to go install a newer OS.
If you don't want the PIN showing, I will suggest you install OS 10.3.0.1154 but if you don't mind having the PIN showing and want all apps to be present, then you can install OS 10.3.1.632
You will find the two OSes in the Leaked OS section of the forums.

Just grab an autoloader of an OS lower than the one you currently have and run it.

Look in the beta / leaked os forum category. There are a few useful stickies. Os archive or sachesi codes threads might help you.

No worries just download the Sachesi 1.9.2 version and plug in your phone to the computer using an USB cable. Open sachesi and download the OS for Indonesian carrier at the start up page for Z10. Once the download is done go to the install tab and select the folder of your downloaded OS, that's it relax and Sachesi does the rest.
