    Getting text message but no notifications. Please help. Pulled the battery. Reloaded software. Reloaded Facebook as someone suggest. All settings are on. Nothing working!!! How can I get in touch with blackberry to fix this???? Someone please help. Need text message notifications urgently!!!!

    you can contact a shop that fixes blackberries. But have you tried a third party app for notifications?
