    Iam having a blackberry z10 and it is having os 10.2 and as I know I can update for os 10.3 but the phone shows its the latest os(10.2) when tried to update. help!!

    Download Blackberry Link software from Blackberry website.
    Connect your Z10 to a laptop.
    You will get a message on your BLackberry Link to update.
    If the update doesnt show up.

    Second optioen is to make a backup with Blackberry Link.
    Download one of the autoloaders on this Crackberry site.
    Connect your device, lauch the software and follow instructions.

    If the software is installed succesfully, put your backup back on your device.
