I purchased my BlackBerry 10 for about 5 months now and since have tried to update my OS to the latest update and all to no avail,using the wifi, it updates completely through the first phase and when it gets to the installation phase, it goes on for while, and stops notifying me it been interrupted, used my pc's blackberry link and is also not responding, anywhere I can get the update's image and download it using my laptop and jux run it? ,or any means possible I can get my update done?,its been realy frustrating knowing am not enjoying my device to its fullest
