    Hi. I'm a new blackberry user I got a pre-owned BlackBerry z10 and it was performing great till I realized that the battery would stop charging after it reached 82% I asked the guy I bought it from and he told me had never had battery issues I thought it might be that I'm running some android apps but I also tried removing dead battery for 24 hours and pressing power button each 6 hours and it didn't seem to work as it did for some forum users... I'd like to get some help cut I really wanted to support blackberry since I got tired of iPhone and android but this is. disappointing :/

    If it's STL100-1 its a common problem. The calibration goes out of sync. Search this forum for solution for a temp fix. Apparently 10.3 will fix it.
