    Hello folks,

I'm using my Z10 since it came out and to be honest I like it a lot.
I recently faced a problem with its browser while I saved a page to read it latest offline. This was new to me, it asked me to allocate the files and I chose Picture folder yhen it syarted downloading relatrd files.

Now, I cannot delete those files, they look like virus as they are read only and give me (access denied) when I try to delete them.

I also used PC but didn't work, even tried CMD prompt (the black screen) to change the attributes of the files, nothing I got.

Please let me know if someone has a better job.

    Fredy ?

Sometimes when I download and it fails, a temporary patch of the file always save onto my device and when the download eventually completes, those files still remain. When I try to delete them, I can't, using the device or pc.

The only way I have been able to get rid of them is when I do a security wipe of the device or a reload of my OS.

There might be other easier ways to remove them but I don't any.

However, if your issue is just like what I described, then I don't think they are virus.
