Blackberry world videos
Since upgrading to the 10.3 OS update, when I try to download the movies I purchased from BlackBerry World I get a notification that states "a network error has occurred while processing your request. Please ensure you have sufficient network coverage and try again. "! When I tap on the movie after this message I receive another notification that states "requested content not found " and I'm giving the option of 'reloading'. I bought about 13 movies through BlackBerry World video 2 years ago and was assured would have access to them for five years ( to download to different devices) . I love the new 10.3 OS, but it really socks not being able to Download the videos I purchased. If someone could help me resolve this it would be greatly appreciated!
Note: it doesn't seem to help when I refresh BlackBerry World either.

I'm still on 10.2.1 and also having this issue. I'm assuming the time to download the videos we purchased has expired. :(
