    Try a refresh...
Swipe down for general settings in BBW. And hit Refresh.

Confirmed. Same issue. Cannot download updates.

EDIT: it's odd... I had 3 updates and 2 failed with network error. Then I refreshed and had 4 updates, but 1 disappeared (of the original 3 with network error); and then 2 out of the 3 had a network error. I don't get it.

EDIT 2: now the 1 from the second set still shows update available, yet the version numbers are identical... installed and available.

    Yes, I am refreshing.

If you disable your wifi and use your data, can you get the update? Try it.

That did the trick! So weird though because I have never had an issue doing updates over WiFi before.

I hope if this is a bug BlackBerry patches it.

Thanks for the solution though. Much appreciated.

BBW is seriously doing some maintenance. May be preparing for removing built for BlackBerry logo before 29.

They know about it, there's a few topics in the BlackBerry support forums.
All we need now is for people to stop leaving bad reviews on Apps moaning about it not downloading (like really, just really)

I was able to fix the error message from BBW on my Z10 by simply going to: > Settings > About > Category > then choose Network > then click on the three black dots on bottom right corner of the screen > Choose Register Blackberry.

Make sure to wait for a message and then your BBW should be back online.
