    blackberry world forgotton password problems i keep changing it after following the link but it keeps saying wrong your locked out yet i know its right unable ro acsess any crackberry features because of this can anyone suggest a way around it please

    Try this, it is from the BlackBerry website when you search "Blackberry 10 ID forgot password"

    Even if you "KNOW" it do it anyways cause there might be some sort of error on BlackBerry side.
