    Interesting...turning off Wi-Fi resolved my download issue on another app. Try refreshing App World and use network data.

    I can't download on wifi, but if I disable wifi then use my data, everything will download and install. I just tried the Whatsapp and it downloaded on my data connection. It has been this way for a while now for me. Refreshing BW does not seem to help in my case.
