    While adding my work account on UEM client, it sya 'Device hardware is forbidden'. Can someone help to resolve the issue?

    You can contact BlackBerry to help you with it. There doesn't seem to be much by way of the Knowledge Base pertaining to that exact error that I'm seeing.

    Do you have a compliance policy set up on your activations? As a test, I would turned off compliance requirements for Android on your UEM console then try reactivating.
