HI forum.
I've just purchased a second hand Blackberry Torch running blackberry 6. set up BIS with my carrier (Vodafone)
I can make/receive calls and send/receive texts, the browser works (Athough some sites like Ebay wont support it)

So much doesn't work on it though.
1. when I try to set-up email it simply says
"Unable to open e-mail set-up. contact your wireless provider"

2. Calendar can't sync with Google Calendar, the only account listed is called 'Default'

3. App World says "To continue using Blackberry App world, you must up grade your current version*. visit blackberry.com/appworld/support**
*I've already upgraded the phone via my PC with all latest updates
** blackberry appworld is either a 404 message, or the site is perminantly down for maintenance

Is it that the phone is just too old and unsupported, or is there a way of sorting this out?

the URL mentioned in the video goes to a 404 page not found.
As mentioned in my post, blackberry.com/appworld and any other extensions from it are extinct 404 pages
Any other ideas?
