    I'm about to purchase a BlackBerry-Torch-9810, does this come with Whatsapp or would I be able to install it?

    You'd have to install it yourself, from BlackBerry World (which should be preloaded on the phone once you set it up). It should be noted that Whatsapp has put a deadline on when they'll pull the plug for pre-Android BlackBerry phones, although fortunately for you, they just extended it to the end of 2017.
