Sorry for the thread head guys but they keep talking about moving forward the brand but they themselves are holding it back. Slow os update or should I say "no os update" in my case. I know it's not easy developing a bug free software but i expect them to say something about what is really going on with the updates. Same as they did when bbm went worldwide, I love this brand too much but they are forcing my hand, am not worried about apps or the likes not being on BlackBerry but they should stop! make qnx look like a failure. Fix the damn os and seed it out. By the way am in nigeria and my phone is factory unlocked also I got this q10 a month ago because of 10.3.1 and am still waiting.....damn!

Yes I do, I tried autoloader twice (10.3.0 and 10.3.1), my device stop charging when turned off, had to go back to 10.2.1

I'm not sure I understand what you are complaining about specifically.

Are you unhappy with 10.3.1 itself because you seem to have charging issues after loading the OS yourself, or are you mad at your carrier for not providing the official update?

Have you tried using Sachesi?
Have you tried downloading the latest OS (SR:1784).

Just to be clear, your phone does not charge at all or just when its switched off?

which OS, you are loading, I have Z10, Z30, and I have try SR 10.3.1.747, 1767, 1865 .
they are able to charge after device turn off. ( the yellow LED comes up, during charging )

i know you get a Q10, so it is a different units, if you have not tried the later build, give it a try .

You are reporting a bug I haven't seen before. Do you not think there is any room to acknowledge that it may be an installation problem, and not an OS problem?

BlackBerry has made the OS available to your carrier. The fact that your carrier hasn't given it to you is hardly BlackBerry's fault.

why don't you load 10.3.1.2582 use sachesi, it works you don't have to wait on the carrier and stop blaming blackberry, there are ways around everything.

They are because considering the fact that they trying to move the company forward (which I like) they can't get things done timely. I use a factory unlock q10 sqn100-1 I don't have to wait for carriers perhaps the carrier thing doesn't work in this part of the world, you get your sim and pop it in from any network provider you prefer, the upgrade comes from blackberry.

10.3.1.1865 the led doesn't come up, left it for 30mins still nothing but when I power on the device it starts charging.
I reverted back because my battery went dead and I couldn't use the phone, no charge was going into the device.

Have you switched devices just because you needed a particular os and you don't have it working? Then it's an issue. Am 100% blackberry though even if they keep breaking what's left of my heart. We blackberry users are acting like the android counterpart (os change using leaks and the likes). Thought have left that life with android.

Download the 10.3.1.2708 autoloader again and try it one more time. Do not do a restore. Start fresh.

Sorry. What is wrong with the OS? Even on Q10 it just works fine! Considering the fact you are not an app guy why does the update matter? BlackBerry 10 is sound and slick! I have curve, Q10, Z10, Z30 and a passport all working just fine! The reason others release updates is because of their OS. Just because another competitor releases updates more frequently than BlackBerry, doesn't mean they are superior. They do it because their own system is crap!
