    Why mobile network setting in BlackBerry runtime not working???
    Due to this," jio join" app can't access my sim card details and I can't calling my friends over VoLte.
    Please modify com.setting.android package in BlackBerry runtime so that it will work like other android phones.
    BlackBerry z10 stl100-2 (10.3.2.2836)
    Please help me cobalt...

    BB10 is not an android phone, and any android app attempting to access system level settings would compromise the security of the device. There will never be this type of adjustment to the runtime, unfortunately.
