BlackBerry Q5 using guide

Hello respective members, I am Shajib from Bangladesh. this is my first and new post. I am a BlackBerry freak. I m using BlackBerry device since 5 years. I love BlackBerry all time. I want to know some tips regarding using BlackBerry more efficiently...

1- I can't update my BlackBerry 10.2 to 10.3 as it's shown free 307mb space. How can I do that?

2- how to use BlackBerry password keeper? In fact what does it mean.

3- BlackBerry is secure device. How can I use security function most.

4- suggest me some apps those are must needed.

Password keeper is your "one place safe password storage", usage may vary depending of your needs.

3- BlackBerry is secure device. How can I use security function most.
As a standalone device (not hooked to BES, more enterprise oriented), I'd say :
1. Use picture password to lock your device
2. Encrypt both your internal storage and SD card (WARNING : be aware that you need to decrypt it on the Q5 BEFORE you do anything like wipe/reinstall of the OS)
3. Relax.

4- suggest me some apps those are must needed.
Do not install apps for the sake of it ;) What are your needs ?
