    Hi,
    My headphone jack on my Q5 is not working anymore. I've tried different headphones and earphones and it's not working. Is there a way to repair that or I need to send my device back to BlackBerry?

    Did you ever fix this issue? Did you get a hardware replacement? That's probably the best way to fix it.
