I don't think there's a native application for YouTube. The default YouTube icon on my Q10 is just a shortcut to m.youtube.com. There are apps like Fasttube and Super Tube in BB World. They're both free.
Supertube is awesome. You can login too.

If you really want the factory youtube icon just go to youtube.com in the browser and add to homescreen. Youtube will detect the blackberry and it'll look the way it did.
