    Hello out there. I have Q10 and want a free download software update? I think I have 10.2 but not sure. Can I get some help with info please? Thanks in advance.

    Go to settings>scroll down>about>category>os>os version

    Tell us the version you are currently having.

    For update,
    Go to settings and then find software updates, it will most probably located at the settings menu 7th place from the bottom option.
    There check out for an upgrade. Make sure you are on wifi aur legit data plan. Let it do the job for you.
