I have the same issues on two of my Q10's. Recently I moved to another country and bought local SIM cards, but my Q10 for some reason shows roaming symbol and is unable to connect to data unless I manually enable data roaming (this is not an option because I travel to different countries and it would just drain the data from current plan). I tried with another phone and works fine, so it's not connected to the SIM card but to the phone.

So, why do both Q10 think they are roaming when in fact they have local SIM cards? Is there a solution that doesn't involve wiping all the data?

Press and hold the up and down volume keys until you see the BlackBerry logo. That's a start.
