    I've just been given a used q10 all the keys work except for the letter O key, it feels like it's been forced down theres no click or give when it's pressed, I've replaced a bold 9900 keyboard before but before I start tampering with this one can anyone with experience of replacing the keyboard let me know if it's an easy job or not...
