I upgrade my Q10 to version 10.3.2 with auto loader and my Q10 Is asking for anti theft id and pasword which I have forgotten. pls what shld i do to start using my phone again normally. I want to get back my I'D and Pasword help!!!

First, is your BlackBerry ID confirmed. If yes, then you can recover your password on BlackBerry Protect site

You either remember, or send your Q10 back to BlackBerry with a proof of purchase for repair.

Click the above link, and enter your BBID..... should be an email account that you would have used.

That will allow you to reset your password.

If you don't have access to that email account.... you can try calling BlackBerry Support, if the phone is under warranty they may take it back to be "unlocked".
